Termite  and dry rot repairs:  Our customers are usually glad to know that Schultz Painting can do a good job of replacing damaged wood.  We try to do these repairs in such a way as to inhibit a recurrence of the problem.  We look at the cause of the problem, such as excessive contact with water, and consider ways to improve these conditions, as well as completing the cosmetic repair.  We  may defer to a roofing contractor for certain repairs on wood that is directly under the roof.

                                                 

Restoration and vintage homes:   We have considerable experience in working with old houses, such as Craftsman, Bungalow, Spanish, and Period Revival styles. Such homes often require plaster patching, repair or drywall work to ceilings, installation of crown moldings, repair of exterior siding, and other restoration work which may dovetail with the painting process.
